1. Are you a yarn snob (do you prefer higher quality and/or natural fibers)? Do you avoid Red Heart and Lion Brand?

I've become a yarn snob. I'll use Lion Brand and such for baby blankets and child's stuff but not for much else. I love the feel of high quality fiber to much now.

2. Do you spin? Crochet?

No on both

3. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?

I have a case that is woefully inadequate. I'm hunting for a nice vase for my straights and have nothing figured out for my circs yet.

4. How long have you been knitting? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I'm definitely a beginner. I've been knitting for about a year now.

5. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list?

Yes I have an amazon list. I'll have to pull up the link.

6. What's your favorite scent? (for candles, bath products etc.)

I have to say sandalwood, vanilla, and warm fuzzy scents. Nothing beats the smell of roses or lavender either.

7. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy?

My sweet tooth is my downfall. Since trying to be healthier, I limit myself to high quality dark chocolate. With an occasional cherry fun dip.

8. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do?

I like sand art, but hate the mess. I've thought about trying to bead, but my yarn habit needs to calm down a bit.

9. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)

I like it all except for hip hop and death metal type stuff. I really love rock and pop. I've been on a world music kick lately and have been listening to alot of Hawaiian and Celtic.

10. What's your favorite color? Or--do you have a color family/season/palette you prefer? Any colors you just can't stand?

I love blue. Any sort of blue. I'm not a huge fan of white. I really like anything and love to try new colors I wouldn't have thought about otherwise.

11. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?

I live with my husband and my two beagles.

12. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?

Not much of a use in Florida but I do wear scarves and hats, especially cotton and angora.

13. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with?

I love wool. I love it love it love it. I've really gotten to love Nashua Handknits Wooly Stripes.

14. What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?

None really.

Gauntlets and bags. Someone stop me.

Hmm and ribbed scarf for mom, socks for Jeff, a present for someone else, a baby blanket for Pooh.

Combo of my friend Amy showing me and online and then various other folks.

A bag and shawl. Both made with cheapo yarn and splitting yarn.

I love Eeyore and Stitch

Christmas and St Paddy's Day (St Paddy's Day will be our 4th Anniversary)
